Evaluate the contractor's timeliness This contractor was late getting invoices to the contract manager each month. They were often 2 months behind.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of this contractors work is excellent.

Evaluate the contractor's cost There were times when I felt the cost was high for what they were delivering.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contractor was often behind in invoicing and took a month or two to get in sync with what the deliverables were and what they were supposed to be doing. It was difficult to get the Project manager on the phone and there were times when she cancelled meeting last minute. Things got better after I reached out the general manager. Things got better after I reached out to him and we started to get more in the way of deliverables.
