The purpose of our comprehensive communications plan is to inform, educate and support LGBTQ Minnesotans as the navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Our objective is to prevent the spread of COVID-19; provide accurate, timely and tailored information and resources about the disease, its spread, testing and prevention; and support LGBTQ communities during this difficult time. PFund Foundation’s primary audience focus area is LGBTQ individuals, families, small-businesses and non-profit organizations. PFund Foundation will focus its communications on several groups within the LGBTQ community including LGBTQ people of color, indigenous people, seniors, transgender people, and rural people.

The contractor was often behind schedule getting their invoices in.
The quality of their work is very good.
There costs seem reasonable, but they were unable to do all of the work they had promised and underspent.
Once the contractor got started their work was done well, it took them a while to get started because they had some staff transitions at the start of the grant. Once that got straightened out things went smoothly though they continued to submit their invoices late, but that might have been due to their billing cycle.
The contractor did not meet all of their deliverable goals and did not spend all of their funds.
