Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor and all staff working on the project attended all meetings and was always on time, responded right away to calls and sent e-mails and delivered all documents in a timely fashion. They are a very professional organization.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work that POP did was excellent. Everything they did was done in a professional manner and of high quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This evaluator thinks that the cost and expenses were very fair. We got high quality and a lot of work for the amount of money that the contractor received.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The overall performance of this contractor was exceptional. They were very professional, engaged. They attended every bi-weekly call and contributed on each call. Their mission and the work that they did were in line. I would highly recommend anyone to work with this contractor.
