Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Resoure was excellent with turning around the work planned in the span of 7 Sprints (each Sprint was 1 week duration).

Evaluate the contractor's quality Resource delivered high quality templates, mock-ups and suggestions wherever MDH needed and also pointed other options available for the web design items.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Resource paid close attention to the contract budget and checked in periodically about the scope of work to be delivered to ensure that there are no additional costs. He delivered weekly timesheets, monthly invoices to the MNIT PM that showed the actual hours and dollars spent.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall Resource did an awesome job of addressing all the web design items requested by MDH in preparation for the Acquia Drupal CMS implementation.
