Evaluate the contractor's timeliness timeliness was not good throughout the design and initial plan preparation tasks, but the end result and plan set turned out great and final plan was a quality plan. It just took a while to get there and many issues along the way. it should be noted too,
there were project changes, which were not the fault of the consultant, but the delivery of 60% plan and progress at specific
points were not acceptable. The final plan did get turned in and reviewed and the consultant team that finalized the plan, delivered in the end to our satisfaction.
