It was deemed that due to the proprietary nature of the existing HPMA application, only the original vendor would be cap[able of modifying their code to work with this new module.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Original contract deadline had to be extended twice. Once because we added some extra work and a second time due to vendor failing to accomplish the tasks on time. In part, this was due to COVID and in my mind also a lack of foresight on the vendor's part when determining the staff resources required to complete the project on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Fair. There are still many bugs we are working to resolve before we can release this for others to use.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Seems reasonable, based on other work they have done.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Fair. While we did get the new module, it took much longer than originally planned and we are still working through bugs.

Would you engage the contractor's services again? Yes

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Nothing official but I did send them multiple emails stressing the importance of getting this project completed.
