Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Early. Any deadline was done faster than I expected. These guys worked hard to keep the project on track and moving forward.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Impeccable. Two cameras recorded in ultra-high definition. Their editing skills for all the interviews were stitched together very intuitively and with precision.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very reasonable. Each invoice displayed their hours and work completed. For the amount of work they did on this project we got extremely good value.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Astounding. 10/10. Not only are they professionals, but they are also fun and engaging to work with. I would hire Mastcom again for any video projects I have at the State.
