Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Timeliness of deliverables, communications, and administrative items was very good.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality of the work was very good. KFA was creative and successfully looked for ways to improve effectiveness and increase variety of the deliverables over the course of the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Costs seemed to be a good value, particularly for all the creative work that went into their deliverables.
