Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of this contract was to provide Oromo Diaspora Media members with culturally relevant COVID-19 resources and information from MDH and CDC and the Governor's Office. So members of the community were informed and knowledgeable about issues such as social distancing, wearing masks, quarantine information, events such as testing locations and the importance of getting tested and latest information related to COVID-19 such as information about the vaccination and why it is important to get vaccinated.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Oromo Diaspora Media was a very good contractor to work with. They always sent their invoices in on time. If there was a meeting or a call, they attended and were on time. When contacted they returned a message within 24 hours.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work looked excellent. They provided summaries of the work they did so that I could understand.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractors costs kept to the approved budget that was created at the start of the grant. Their prices were in line and did not overspend in any area.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contractor did an excellent job of providing a wealth of information to the Oromo community and beyond.
