Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Timeliness for deliverables, particularly turnaround on disseminating priority messaging, was EXCELLENT. Invoicing was sometimes delayed, but never problematic.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality of all of the work – radio shows, PSAs, website, social media - was excellent. They did an excellent job of being creative and keeping messaging fresh and engaging.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost seemed to be a great value, especially when including the incredible amount of in-kind work they contributed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very pleased with and excited about Ampers performance on getting COVID messages out to the communities.
