Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Kathleen was very timely in providing her deliverables. In most cases she produced her deliverables in advance of the deadline.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The work produced by Kathleen was considered high quality by the UI Leadership team. While under contract with us she was very thorough and always proceeded with attention to detail.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost for Kathleen’s services was within the normal range for the type of services provided at that time. The UI Program found the cost to be satisfactory.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Kathleen’s overall performance was satisfactory. She produced valuable tools and deliverables that are in use by the program today. The UI Program is satisfied with her performance and deliverables produced during this contract period.
