Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Timeliness is ok. Some issues take longer because we are not the only state that uses SEER*DMS, so all states have to be consulted and agree upon many of the changes. Timeliness for standard setter changes is much faster than other vendors.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very well. They understand registry standards and registry work. They have CTRs on staff and access to NCI SEER program which makes for a better understanding of logic and requirements needed for programming SEER*DMS.
