Evaluate the contractor's timeliness TKDA maintained the schedule in the original contract without needing an amendment. A detailed schedule was submitted early on which was very helpful tracking project status.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality of the deliverables were of professional quality and met contract requirements. This was a new work type for both the State and the consultant. TKDA consistently demonstrated their full understanding of the project, communicated effectively throughout, and gave the State confidence in their quality of work. This was all while working through scheduling and
coordination challenges due to COVID.

Evaluate the contractor's cost TKDA did not go over budget and met all requirements on deliverables for the contract.
