Evaluate the contractor's timeliness This was a backfill, the first back fill did not show up as the vendor failed to sign on the work order for about a month, as a result the contractor found something else. Then I have to enter another amendment. It was bit disappointing.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The original contractor, and final replacement both were good consultants. Not a rock start, however, punctual, great work ethic, and hard working individuals.
