Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Good working relationship and HEI has done well in meeting our timelines and keeping work to a schedule. They have utilized Assembla very well to track bugs and fixes and allowing us to prioritize bug fixes to meet our schedule needs. Overall a good experience.

Evaluate the contractor's quality We run security scans against new releases prior to going into production. We have not found any significant issues in the code in security testing or bug testing.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Hourly rates align with other vendors hourly charges and we get good developers for that rate. They also have experience in the environmental and government sector which is an added value.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I rate them as very good in tracking, development, and partnership.
