NEIEN Electronic Data flows to EPA Phase II
{Empty}
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has requirements to flow environmental data to the Environmental Protection Agency through EPA’s data exchange network. The focus of this contract was to restore existing data flows that were affected by switch of the MPCA’s enterprise database from Delta to Tempo and to provide support for data flows. Subsequent extensions included additional data flows.
The contractor worked with MPCA and MNIT staff to map data from MPCA data systems to standard EPA schemas, and then implement an extraction, transformation, load, and flow process to EPA.

The contractor was responsive and timely with communication, status reports, deliverables, and invoices
The technical deliverables that Windsor create and configured were of high quality. They worked very well with MPCA and MNIT staff to analyze, design, configure, and build the products.
The cost of the work, both in terms of hours spent and rates seemed reasonable.
Their overall performance was very good
