Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor's timeliness was satisfactory. The project took longer than anticipated due to unforeseen conditions and availability of funds.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The initial project was fairly straight forward with the replacement of HVAC. During design, hazardous material was discover that required additional design consideration and phasing of construction phase. The consultant guided the project through all phases in delivering a successful project.
