The bridges on the State Aid system number in the 10,000s, and the computations for load ratings can be quite lengthy, so consultant assistance in this effort is needed on a regular basis

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Additional time was required for final submittal, but consultant took appropriate corrective actions to get the job done.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor had issues with quality of first submittal, but with the guidance of MnDOT produce an acceptable final product in the end. For the rest of the remaining submittals, the work were accurate and complete.
