Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Project was initiated in October 2019 with an end date of March 2020. The vendor completed the project at the end of November 2019, well in advance of the target date.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Zenger Folkman does an exceptional job of delivering their course content. The materials and delivery of this certification project were of high quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Zenger Folkman's fees at higher than we would like. The purpose of the Certification Training is to substitute internal delivery experts for the more expensive Zenger Folkman resources so this project was designed to offset this higher cost.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Zenger Folkman provides very good facilitators for each of their programs and delivers high quality materials and content within their certification process. They are highly professional and an industry leader in their field of expertise. The participants are very engaged and develop skills that benefit the State going forward.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): There were absolutely no negative experiences during this project.
