Very satisfied. Bay West has kept in constant communication with me throughout the corrective action process, and kept the project moving. Jay responds to emails/phone calls in a very timely manner. The work was also completed in a very timely manner.
Very satisfied. Bay West’s system design reports, work plans and submittals were detailed and complete
Very satisfied. We had some funds left in one work order. However, this was largely due to delays caused by Covid-19. Invoices were clear and complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Very satisfied. kept me updated at all times and is great when it comes to handling special or difficult situations. This site also required a lot of communication with a difficult property owner, and Bay West has handled this well. In addition, it was necessary to coordinate with MDH for a well variance for the AS/SVE system. This required constant back and forth communication and Bay West was able to keep this moving and get the variance in place. In addition, Bay West oversaw the AS/SVE system installation and has managed the contractors very well. The Covid situation slowed down the system install a bit, as this affected Stevens and the subcontractor’s schedules and the MDH well variance coordination, but this was something that couldn’t have been anticipated, and the project is progressing despite this issue.
