Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. Contractor's project manager (PM) is conscientious and consistently submits documents, returns emails, and conducts field work in a timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied. PM is professional and provides quality reports and field work.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very satisfied. Work order was amended due to lack of access and Covid19 events. The amendment was not the fault of the contractor.
