Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. Wood did great work. They act as the hydrogeologist/technical reviewer on the NIROP site. For FY20, their average response time was 27.40 business days (the goal/need is 30 business days). There were 68 submittals for review for the NIROP site in FY20! Some of these submittals were Response to Comments, so they had to be reviewed, but did not require a formal response. I received 21 formal responses (memos or emails) from Wood.
