Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. Contractor's project manager is spectacular. She went on parental leave in FY20 and preemptively prepared a substitute project manager who also is a spectacular project manager. These PMs do great work and have great field staff working on this project, which is especially important because this is a large and complex project with a sensitive public/residential component.
