Very satisfied. AECOM kept me updated on a regular basis regarding project status. Dan responded to all of my emails and phone calls quickly. We received all reports, work plans and submittals in a timely manner.
Very satisfied. The system design reports and AMR were very detailed and complete. They were able to accomplish the goals of the contract.
Very satisfied. This has been a very difficult project to budget for, as there are many factors or “moving parts” to consider, one of which was working with another agency. This made it difficult to predict or estimate costs, however, AECOM prepared and managed the budgets well.
Very satisfied. Great communication with all stakeholders involved, and there have been many. In addition, this project has required a lot of time coordinating with MnDOT on the pending excavation project. AECOM successfully coordinated the installation of the SVE system with hotel property owner and kept all aspects of the project moving along.
