Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. ATC kept me updated on a regular basis and Dane responded to my calls/emails in a very timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied. All submittals were detailed and complete. ATC was able to accomplish the goals of the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very satisfied. The budget was well prepared and managed very well.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. ATC keeps me updated on site status and responds to all emails/calls in a very timely manner. ATC was also able to keep the site moving along, despite a relatively uncooperative property owner. Work plans and other submittals were submitted very quickly and were detailed and comprehensive. We were unable to complete the monitoring report this fiscal year due to access issues delaying our sampling schedule. This was a delay that couldn’t have been reasonably anticipated, and the MR will be completed in FY21.
