Satisfied. Contractor kept me updated regarding property access issues at this site. We were able to work together on this, and successfully obtained access to the property, which kept the site moving along. Also responded to my emails/phone calls and kept me updated on site status.
Very satisfied. Work plan and submittals were clear and complete. The goal of the contract were accomplished.
Satisfied. Budget was well prepared and managed. A couple of incorrect invoices were submitted. However, these were quickly corrected & resubmitted for payment.
Satisfied. This project required communication with property owners for access, and Terracon handled this well. Due to property access issues and covid-19, there was a delay in the work and the final sampling event, and therefore, the monitoring report could not be prepared. This was something that couldn’t have been reasonably anticipated and the report will be completed in FY21.
