Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. Always submitted work within 2 weeks of being requested.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Satisfied. A few errors on original scope of work at the beginning of the year that we needed to go over, but overall, quality of work was very good!

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. Contractor made sure all work was completed within the scope, but Covid-19 delayed work during the fiscal year and they made sure to follow-up with all parties and try their best to complete work that was possible. They were very good at communicating with all parties and letting MPCA know of any conflicts arising.
