Very satisfied. WSB & Associates got to work on the contract almost immediately after it was executed. WSB & Associates made sure to keep all invoicing on schedule and moved the project forward without any delays.
Satisfied. Overall the quality of the project was very good. WSB & Associates effectively coordinated all site activities in order to move the project forward.
There were funds budgeted in the second FY2020 work order to do a background file review of the adjacent leak sites. The MPCA hydrologist who reviewed the background review noted that not enough information was provided from the review. For FY2021, more direction was provided to the contractor on what to review for, as this will play into additional monitoring well placement to the south and east of the site.
Neutral. WSB is newer to the MPCA Remediation Contract, and learning cost management strategies for their work orders.
Very satisfied. WSB & Associates does a great job at keeping projects on track and moving sites towards closure. They also do a great job at coordinating several site activities at once, which this project has everything from site access coordination, investigation derived waste (IDW) disposal, monitoring well surveying, drilling activities, and coordinating traffic control for checking vapors in manholes. WSB & Associates has a very good handle on use of state contracts, and I really entrust them in doing a great job.
