Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. WSB & Associates always does a great job getting to work on projects immediately after the work order is executed. WSB & Associates always completes the work on time before the end of the contract period.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Neutral. While overall I feel WSB & Associates quality is good and they do produce a high quality product, there were a couple of issues with the two FY2020 Morgan Oil work order invoices and missing laboratory reports in first submission report.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Neutral. The cost of the LSI for Morgan Oil was a bit higher, but that was because additional work needed to be completed to define the extent of contamination (12 borings total).

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Satisfied. Overall I felt that WSB & Associates performance was good. They quickly moved to resolve issues, and corrected work plans and budgets as needed. The work completed was high quality, and WSB & Associates is always a pleasure to work with.
