Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. WCEC did a great job at communicating information about the site to the MPCA in a timely fashion.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied. The quality of work that WCEC performed was very satisfactory. WCEC invoices were accurate and contained no errors, and I find them very easy to review and understand. I appreciate the quality of work conducted and look forward to continuing work on the site with WCEC in FY2021.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied. The cost was appropriate based upon the work that needed to be completed at the site during this fiscal year. All invoices were submitted on time, and all work came under budget. A change order did need to be executed for the change in fixed gas analysis in the first work order, which the fixed gas analysis policy was not instituted when the first work order was executed. I also appreciate the cost savings that WCEC provided on an invoice for mileage and per diems on one of the mobilizations, since the work could be combined with work at another nearby fund finance leak site

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. The collaboration that WCEC provides with MPCA is excellent, and I know they appreciate hearing MPCA’s thoughts.
