Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. WCEC did a great job at starting on the limited site investigation (LSI) field work almost immediately after the work order was executed. WCEC kept everything on schedule, and submitted the LSI report in April 2020.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Satisfied. The quality of work was good. WCEC kept the MPCA in the loop throughout the fiscal year on the site’s progress, and prepared the LSI report on time. A change order was necessary due to a missing receptor survey and the first submittal of the LSI report was missing tables which were eventually provided to MPCA.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied. The cost was appropriate based upon the work that needed to be completed at the site during this fiscal year.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. Overall West Central Environmental Consultants’ (WCEC) performance was good. I appreciate that WCEC got to work on the site almost immediately upon signing the contract. The quality of work and cost was satisfactory.
