Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: WCEC will conduct 4 quarters of groundwater monitoring of 28 monitoring wells and 7 water supply wells. WCEC will collect groundwater samples from the GAC system for the Christensen Well. WCEC will collect groundwater samples from monitoring and supply wells for DRO and/or GRO and VOCs. Where found, LNAPL will be removed from wells and placed into a drum designated for LNAPL. WCEC will perform maintenance of dedicated pumps and other accessories for wells. WCEC will hire any subcontractors in accordance with the Purchasing Manual.
