East Metro Continued Drilling Project

1. AECOM will oversee the installation of five additional bedrock wells in four locations selected to be the next highest priority along the Project 1007 conveyance system.
2. AECOM will draft an Ecological Risk Assessment Work Plan utilizing the eight-step approach outlined in the USEPA Superfund guidance.
3. AECOM will collect 65 surface water samples and 55 sediment samples and submit for analytical testing using a modified EPA Method 537.1.
4. AECOM will continue the development of a comprehensive visual database. All new data collected during FY20 will continue to be added to the database as it becomes available. The visual database will be an ongoing, collaborative process that will continue in FY20.
5. AECOM will continue to provide general administrative support functions for the MPCA for the remainder of FY20.
6. AECOM will continue the identification of other potential PFAS sources utilizing the MPCA Revised Protocol Inventory Process that was pilot tested in FY19.
7. AECOM will continue the evaluation of Surface Hydrologic and Subsurface Hydrogeologic and Geologic Data, including the review of groundwater flow models and collaboration with other East Metro Working Groups to identify the appropriate means for using quantitative modeling tools to assist in the evaluation of Project 1007.
8. AECOM will continue Project Management tasks, including implementation of OSHA-required worker health and safety programs, budget and schedule tracking, scheduling, staff coordination, report preparation, records management, client correspondence, property owner correspondence, and quality control.
