Evaluate the contractor's timeliness They did a good job of getting the project done on time. They were always here when they said they were going to be here. And if they couldn’t make it, they always let me know.

Evaluate the contractor's quality JCI is one of the most knowledgeable contactors that I have worked with. He did a great job.

Evaluate the contractor's cost I think JCI is a little more expensive than other contractors. But they are very professional and do a great job.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I think the overall performance was very good. They upgraded our system to a new version at no additional cost to us and it made a big difference on our day to day operations.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): I have nothing negative to say about the whole project.
