Minnesota has a large Somali population that is being affected by COVID-19 virus. Getting up to date accurate information to them is crucial to keep people healthy and alive.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was on time with all aspects of this grant until the last few weeks of August. The office closed due to positive COVID-19 results for two people. They completed the necessary work in August, with exception of the spoken word pieces which did not get completed.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the contractors work is very good and shared an abundance of information with the Somali Community.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractors Cost was reasonable. 0001043944

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance This contractor did an overall good job of keeping in touch with the contract manager, supplying the deliverables, keeping in-line with the budget and following the work plan. He did have a colleague at his office test positive for COVID-19 which shut down the office and the work was put on hold. Then he tested positive which again delayed some of the deliverables. He will continue to do this work throughout the month of September to make-up for some of the delays.
