Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of the work orders was to conduct two groundwater monitoring events of monitoring wells and nearby private water supply wells, and conduct soil vapor and sub-slab sampling. It was also necessary to procure and oversee GAC system change out and maintenance activities, expand the receptor survey work and do continued regional area research for petroleum sources, work on public outreach to surrounding area property owners to explain our work, and identify additional target areas to investigate along with securing access agreements to those areas.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. Project Manager kept me updated regarding site status on a regular basis. As the site was recently transferred to me, he also took the time to meet with the project team a few times to discuss site details, status and next steps. My phone calls and emails were always answered in a very timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied. Bay West was able to accomplish the goals of the contract, with the exception of the tasks we were unable to complete due to Covid.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied. The budget was well prepared and no change orders were needed.
