Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. Bay West has had a great team to work with on this site over the past several years. There are some unique considerations since it is on railroad property and I have a very high level of trust in both Laura and Jay to coordinate with CP Rail and also to make progress with work at the site. I feel this site is in very capable hands with this BW project team.
