Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was always on time. Unfortunately, the pandemic interrupted the delivery of the parenting classes so fewer sessions were delivered than originally anticipated. Obviously, this was not the contractor's fault.

Evaluate the contractor's quality PWP has been providing parenting classes for over 20 years. They have a wealth of knowledge.

Evaluate the contractor's cost PWP provides the lowest cost parenting classes that the DOC has.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Excellent. They won the parenting contract for FY21 through the RFP process as well.
