Evaluate the contractor's timeliness There was a period of time during the project where tasks weren't completed on the communicated timeline, but after some sidebar meetings things were quickly reset and brought back in line with a revised timeline.

Evaluate the contractor's quality the graphics and text quality were very good and the consultant did a good job of incorporating input from the technical panel members.
