Evaluate the contractor's timeliness This vendor’s resource worked on the performance testing system to that allows the support team to test that any changes to the system do not reduce overall performance. The vendor updated the test scripts to account for the start of the new calendar year and to refresh the test data used by each test job. The resource also provided updated documentation and training to the team that is providing support until the new system goes live.

Evaluate the contractor's quality All test scripts were updated and validated to account for the new calendar year. The team has been able to run the test scripts without issue.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor had a good awareness of the project requirements, needs, timelines and standards and worked to help meet the goals of the business.
