Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): While the contractor communicated well, there were some tasks in the scope of work that were better suited for the contractor's expertise than others. The contract itself probably covered too many topic areas and we have since decided a Master Contract is more suitable to this work, since that allows us to better align contractors with their area of expertise.
