Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: As a Cúram developer, Thangaraj's job functions on the State Medical Review Team project were to assist in managing, designing, developing, testing and release coordination of the SMRT application. Also, Thangaraj's responsibilities were to provide knowledge transfer to state developers due to the fact that Cúram is new software and state staff do not have sufficient capacity to undertake Cúram projects alone at this point.
