The contractor's work was always, without exception, provided either prior to or on established deadlines. She also did an excellent job of working with other MNsure staff working on her projects to ensure that they had what they needed in order to meet their own deadlines and requirements.
The contractor's quality of work was impeccable. The contractor routinely surpassed expectations of MNsure's senior leadership team and for that reason was given particularly complex problems and initiatives to address. There were no projects assigned to the contractor that was not handled effectively and timely. The contractor consistently sought input from various parts of the organization as needed on each project. The contractor did a particularly excellent job of communicating project status, processes and obstacles to those that needed to be informed. The contractor's documentation of processes and projects was also excellent and will continue to be utilized and leveraged by MNsure in the future.
The contractor's cost was appropriate for the work to be completed.
The contractor met all contract requirements and exceeded expectations.
