„h Train on how the spirit of Motivational Interviewing and its practices coincide with Person-Centered Planning
„h Provide guidance to equip a Person-Centered Community of Practice consisting of VRS staff to identify language and process improvements, change to policy and guidance, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The University of MN ICI team were knowledgeable, community subject matter experts and provided high quality content to the training.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor's bid cost was fair and very close to other bidders.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The University of MN ICI team performed the training well using applicable tools and exercises, helped with electronic capture of feedback, adjusted content according to feedback and assisted with the start up of the Community of Practice, per contract agreement.
