Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Companies such as AirSage are collectng billions of data points every day from mobile devices. Currently data such as origin-destinaton, travel tmes, speeds and trafc volumes are being reported. We would like to determine the accuracy of the proportonal trafc count data and the feasibility of using estmated trafc volumes from this data to replace hundreds of tube counts that are taken every year statewide.
