Was always on time and conscientious of being available and meeting business needs. Was very quick to meet work requests / tasks and deliver the work. As DHS staff were leading the objectives, the contractor played a supporting role and they performed in that role very well.
Patrick provided excellent technical capacity to the project after he was comfortable with how to design/develop within the Tridion content management system software. Learning the Tridion platform is a time consuming activity and Patrick learned quickly and even did some things that were “innovative” to how Tridion was used. His work quality was generally very good and when there were opportunities for improvement, Patrick took direction very well and did what was asked of him.
$87 per hour
Cost for work was very competitive and reasonable.
Overall, the contractor was responsive to requests, took initiative while still following directives from DHS staff and was very helpful in the design and development of the project. Further, the contractor really took the project in a personal way, which showed in their motivations and excitement for the project. Had to coach contractor at times how to interact with different areas /partners but contactor was very receptive to feedback/direction.
