Evaluate the contractor's timeliness River Gauge data and scour monitoring results were available very promptly and contractor responded very well to requests.
Some of the analysis reports took a litle longer than frst expected.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Work done is very high quality and reliable. USGS has good system of quality control for observed data and analysis products

Evaluate the contractor's cost Working with USGS is a good value for MnDOT because they cooperate on this work with providing funds for about ½ the efort.
