Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The creation of secure, online payment system was needed to replace a current manual, paper invoice procedure. The manual paper process was too time consuming and DHS was falling behind in the approval and issuance of payments. Additionally, DHS no longer supported Microsoft Access databases and all payment information was kept in an access database. We requested a contractor to create and build a secure, online payment system that could integrate or talk with other DHS systems such as SMI, EDMS and MAXIS.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness I have always been impressed by Bharath’s ability to complete the work assigned to him early. Bharath not only meets deadlines but also explains his work in a way that non-experts can easily understand.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Bharath has proved himself to be a dependable resource and a hard worker with solid problem solving and technical skills. He is friendly, easy to get along with, well-liked by our team and respected by his co-workers at DHS. Bharath is dedicated to providing quality work. He checks and rechecks his work before turning it in for presentation to the team and end users. During his tenure at DHS, he has gone out of his way to resolve many complex problems.

His quick thinking and cautious personality has helped our project avoid some costly and embarrassing mistakes. Bharath is vocal about his software ideas, but respects his superiors and enthusiastically tackles every assignment. He pitches innovative ideas at team meetings but also listens to what others have to say. Bharath is able to thoroughly focus on every project and is not easily distracted. He comprehends instructions quickly and is flexible when changes have to be made, and then made again.
