Evaluate the contractor's timeliness for most of the contract period, the contractor met or exceeded timelines. For a few months in the middle of the contract period, contractor was not meeting timelines. Contractor's upper management was notified and they quickly made changes to ensure timeliness.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): For a brief period in the middle of the contract period, there were issues with timelines. When upper management was notified and they immediately initiated a corrective action plan and brought performance back to timeliness.
