Road Constructon funds. This Contract focused primarily on supportng the State’s Shared Service Center on assistng districts
with pre-constructon schedule creaton and analysis, constructon schedule review support, and cost estmatng. It was
necessary to enter into a contract because there was not enough MnDOT internal resources to perform the required work.
